Role Description:

  • Engage with potential customers via incoming and outgoing calls or emails to identify new business opportunities.
  • Clearly understand customer requirements and respond to their queries with patience and professionalism.
  • Share qualified leads or customer details with the concerned team for follow-up and conversion.
  • Inform customers about our latest products, services, offers, or promotional campaigns.
  • Accurately collect and record essential customer information such as name, address, and contact details.
  • Maintain proper records of conversations and customer responses during calls.
  • Please note: This is not a target-based role—your primary responsibility is effective and courteous communication.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service and telemarketing is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Experience in education consultancy or related fields is advantageous

Job Details & Benefits:

  • Location: 1st Floor, SCO 45, Sector 42C, Chandigarh
  • Salary: ₹15,000/month
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
