A certified British Council and IDP IELTS Trainer, she has over 10 years of experience in teaching IELTS and has trained more than 5,000 students. She holds a Bachelor's in English Honours, an MBA, and a diploma in Labour and Welfare from Pune University. Shailja is also a certified Voice and Accent Trainer from British Connection, Pune. Before specialising in IELTS, she worked as a Soft Skills Trainer, delivering programmes for top companies such as Times Group, Allengers, Godrej and Boyce, Hero Group, HDFC Bank, Mercedes Benz, and more.
